Mr. Edward Capers
Edward "Boogie" Capers was born on March 30, 1965
to the late Charles and Queen Capers at Lincoln Hospital in the Bronx, New York. He attended Theodore Roosevelt High School in the 1980s.
The nickname "Boogie" comes from Edward's love of dance. He also loved art and music. He was always known for being the life of the party.
Despite facing many challenges throughout his life, he continued to fight to make a better life for himself and was able to accomplish many goals. His family is comforted by the fact that his life speaks for him, as he now rests with the Lord.
Edward is preceded in death by his father Charles Capers, his mother Queen Capers, brother Hayward Capers, sisters Ernestine Jenkins and Annette Capers.
His memory will be cherished by his sons, Edward Capers Anderson and Joseph Webb, his brothers Charlie Capers, Hayes Capers, and Leroy (Saundra) Capers; his sisters Delores Capers-Harper and Linda (Rodney) Scott, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
The Capers Family would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your condolences and sympathy during this difficult time.
