Judith Jerez

Daughter of Carmen Garcia & Rene Alverio. Mother of Lani, Jason, and Jessica. Grandmother of Jessica, Leanne, Jason, Kevin, Jada, Ava, Kevin, Jayden Harry, Haydee, Hailey, Chrysten, Casey, Phoenix & Ahavah Judy Great-Grandmother of Ethan, Leilani, Kassie, Natalie & Solána. Mother-in-Law to Lorena Jerez, Kevin Clark and Henry Cornelio. Sister to Renee Alverio. 

Born April 6, 1950, in Spanish Harlem 101st and Lexington Avenue. She was a Woman of God. She danced at the Copa Carso, Magnette.  Judy worked her hardest to make sure her kids had a wonderful childhood. Even with all the obstacles she faced, she remained jubilant and faithful to the Lord Jesus Christ. She was a powerful woman, she walked in the Lord’s grace and loved to share her love for Jesus Christ when given the opportunity. Her smile was one of her staples and each conversation with her gave anyone who was suffering loss or a sense of hopelessness a sense of hope and joy. You found yourself captured in every word she spoke, she was a vessel of God and a light, a true blessing to everyone who she came in to contact with. Although this is a very sad moment for her family and loved ones, she would not want anyone to be sad for her but rather be happy for her because she is now in the presence of our heavenly father. So, although it is okay to mourn, she would rather we celebrate her life and legacy that she has left through her children, Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
