Stefan Smith

With heavy hearts, we are sad to announce the passing of our beloved son Stefan Smith, who was suddenly taken from us too soon on October 23, 2024, at the tender age of 32. Stefan Smith was born to Lisa Frederick and Phil Smith at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York City on May 19, 1992. Predeceased maternal grandparents Janice Fredericks and Harold Fredericks; Paternal grandparents Velma Smith and Smitty Smith. Stefan's legacy continues with His Children: Stefan Smith JR and Harmony Wynter.  Siblings: Rernell Simmons (Brother) and Danielle Duval ( Sister). Uncles and Aunts are as follows: Harold, Mathew, Vicky, Ivy, Paula, and a Special Cousin, Ajane. Stefan also leaves behind Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, a special friend named Money, and a host of friends. Stefan will be remembered as a loving, caring Father to his two children. Stefan also loved spending time with his siblings. Stefan always kept a smile on his face. Music was his passion, and his goal was to become an artist one day.  Stefan, you will be truly missed until we meet again.
